I first met Phong when he was leaving another listing nearby my home. He and his assistant Seb were extremely approachable, and followed up with me quickly. From our first meeting, you can't help be drawn to him, much like an old friend you've not seen in years. From the very first moment Phong was completely transparent, very professional, able to answer all of our questions, very friendly, and very customer focused. Our strategy was very clearly relayed to us, and was executed accordingly. Even when presented a number of times with some challenging behaviour from our tenant, Phong was always very calm and professional, and presented with a smile.
