▶OVERALL, MY SATSFACTION WITH CARLO GARGANO AS MY REAL ESTATE AGENT WAS 4 OUT OF 5. CARLO HAD MARKET KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA, BUT WAS TOO FOCUSED ON MARKET STATISTICS MOST OF THE TIME, RATHER THAN GIVING MY HOUSE A GOOD CHANCE OF SELLING AT A HIGHER PRICE. WHILST I AM HAPPY THAT MY HOUSE ENDING UP SELLING AT AUCTION, I THINK MORE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO GET A HIGHER PRICE FOR MY PROPERTY RATHER THAN DOWNGRADING MY HOUSE BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE A 2ND BATHROOM/ ENSUITE WHEN IT HAD OTHER GREAT FEATURES SUCH AS IT BEING NEWLY RENOVATED AND BEING A BIG CORNER BLOCK IN TERMS OF LAND SIZE. BETTER NEGOTIATION SKILLS WOULD HAVE PERHAPS ALLOWED FOR MY PROPERTY TO REACH MY ORIGINAL RESERVE PRICE, NOT JUST AGREEING WITH THE LOW OFFERS BUYERS THOUGHT MY HOUSE WAS WORTH. AS THE SELLER, MY OPINION OF MY HOUSE VALUE REALLY NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED MORE, NOT JUST BUYER OPINION OF WHAT BUYERS THOUGHT MY HOUSE WAS WORTH. REGARDS, DAVID
