Great agent

We engaged Anthony approx. 12months ago for an appraisal on our own home and with the intention to sell our IP. In the lead up to selling our IP Anthony would check in every couple of months and I was most appreciative that he was respectful of our timeline, he was not pushy and would genuinely just check in and provide updates. Our IP was managed by another agency during its tenancy and Anthony made things a lot easier. He provided us with guidance outside of his immediate role to assist us. Our property took a bit longer to sell than we anticipated but this was not a reflection on Anthony, as the market in the area had been unpredictable leading up to and during the sale, we also had our own personal expectations. Anthony was very professional and honest. He was flexible in accomodating our inspection requests and worked with us to achieve our goal.
