New house, not cleaned prior to moving i

I was excited to move into this housr and, when i came to co duct the condition report, i was dhocked yo find the house in a filthy condition to which the real estate decided it was in an acceptable condition, i have to organize my own carpet steam cleaning as the real estate denied my request to have it cleaned, i was hapoy to let it go to an extent but the clumps of hair in the shower and blood spatters on the wall really has made this a horrible experience, i will taking this to VCAT as soon as i get the the property to a habitable condition. I would not recommend Ryan from ray white he seems nervous and unsure of himself and is obviously not interested in the consumer experience, he has alot to learn.
