The property is in Harkness and Raywhite Cranbourne committed to look after the property, however every time the tenant vacates the property they are relayed on Raywhite Melton, the open homes for not conducted on time or regularly, most of them were done on week day, resulting we had to reduce the rent value. It will benefit me to transfer my account to local agent if Ray White can't fulfil the request or if they depend on other agents then there is no point for me to pay Cranbourne branch.
