Great Agent

My property went into the rental market at the wrong time of the year, during Christmas and New Years holidays. Ray White continuously held open houses throughout the period. Despite the low turnouts during the open houses, Ray White did not compromise on securing a quality tenant. It did take more than the average duration to get the property occupied, however, the agents did their due diligence and rejected around 4 applicants before recommending me the right one.
