Helpful, friendly and professional

My newly built house in Clyde was a little difficult to rent out but we got there in the end. Uaina was kind and helpful and made the process easy to get the tenants in. Cant remember the name of the girl who was handling the inspections but she often showed up late which can put tenants off. (One time it was 15 minutes late) we also dropped the price afew times due to distance from city and construction and im not sure if other property managers could have done it better but overall im happy with these guys and would recommend. I've had some awful agents in the past, particularly Certainty Property and Hodges Mentone, and for me as a landlord its particularly important to have caring, understanding professionals who act on your instructions and pay attention to your needs. Still early days but Ray White Cranbourne have been pretty good with this so far. I would recommend:)
