We are very happy with the level of professionalism we received from Ray White Cranbourne's property management team when we recently leased out our property. Former tenants gave vacation notice during the Christmas holiday, and our previous agent informed us that their office would close during that time and reopen in mid-January. We were worried because we had to wait for a new tenant for months. But I found out Ray White Cranbourne is open during the holiday season. As a result, I quickly changed real estate agents and all inspections and open houses were conducted right away. During the entire process, they send emails regarding inspection schedules, results, and selection processes. A new tenant was found within two weeks, and the lease agreement was signed just the first week of January. The team's dedication and willingness were greatly appreciated. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Suri the leasing consultant for finding a quality tenant for us. In addition, the property manager Maushmi was available for any queries during the holiday season, and we were kept in the loop at all times.
