Poor communication with urgent repair/multiple house issues

Since the day we moved into this property there has been many maintance issues such as leaking taps, leaking toilet, lights not connected, cracked power point broken oven and bedroom shutter, and more. My biggest concern which I have expressed multiple times is the danger of the roller shutter that cannot be opened in the bedroom as this is a safety issue in the instance of an emergency. This was also agreed by 2 trades which both informed me it would be flagged as urgent. We have yet to receive any update on this urgent case for a repair date. This property should never have been put on the market for rent with the amount of issues that need to be rectified which have all come up in a very short period of time. And it is absolutely not worth the rental amount that we are paying in the condition that it currently is in. I’m am very disappointed in the communication from Ray White with updates as to when and what is happening with all the issues as not one of them has been repaired.
