Since joining Ray White Dapto & Horsley Lisa has sucessfully implemented a vast array of new systems that have not only streamlined the way Proeprty Management is conducted in the office but also taken on new systems that provide greater security and reliability for you the customer. Being born and bred in the Illawarra she has previously had an expansive career in the travel industry - customer service sector before raising 2 sets of twin girls with her husband Jed. Upon moving back to the Illawarra from Melbourne, Lisa has refined her career in real estate and has implemented her desire to work in the real estate industry, and also provide greater transparincy to her clients. Having a investment of her own she understands the needs and wants of both the landlord and the tenant and constantlly is on the lookout for new ways to make the experience more pleasant for all parties alike. Having won numerous medals at Australian Surf Life Saving championships and representing Australia is testament to her focus and determination carrying it through at work with her strong sense of work ethic. Continually exceeding customer expectations, Lisa is always willing to listen to her clients offering expert information as she is not only a well informed Property Manager but is also a Landlord, therefore she understands every possible aspect of the correct way to manage your investment.

Demi brings a young, energetic approach to the experienced Ray White Dapto & Horsley Team. Demi has grown up and gone through her schooling in Dapto where she resides with her Parents and 3 Siblings. Priding herself on excellent service and presentation with a high attention to detail, Demi has quickly become a very valuable member of both the rental and sales support team.
