Poor communication, lack of professionalism & ongoing issues
My experience with Ray White has been disappointing. Although Anita does respond to emails, it’s only on the topics she wants to discuss — not the concerns I’ve repeatedly raised. Issues in the property have gone unresolved for months with no clear plan to fix them. My details were also shared with the owners, who then contacted me directly saying they wanted to move back in. When I didn’t respond, they began showing up at the premises and monitoring who was parking in the bays, which felt intrusive and unnecessary, especially as I’m entitled to choose who parks there. The only positive has been the lovely lady who attends for routine inspections — she has been warm, respectful and an absolute sweetheart. Unfortunately, the overall lack of genuine communication, privacy, and follow-through has made the tenancy far more stressful than it should be.
