Outstanding Diligence

Lauri Curtain worked extremely hard on our sale. Results were slower in coming than any of us expected and I put her under fairly substantial pressure in some ways, but unfailingly she responded extremely professionally and with outstanding diligence. She is very personable and entirely credible, and managed to maintain a professional level of assertiveness while accommodating with good grace my occasional challenges as, probably, a less easy client than most. I take my hat off to her - she did a top job!
