At a time when websites and start-ups are attempting to disrupt and commoditize the real estate industry, Agents frequently cite their “personal touch” and “local knowledge” as reasons to choose them as a Sales Agent. In my experience, I have rarely found any substance behind such claims. In an industry stereotyped as having egotistical and self-interested operators, I have found Benjamin to be the exception.
