Daryl communicated to us very openly through the process - setting appropriate expectations and regularly and transparently updating on progress. At no point did he seek to over promise or manage expectations. We always felt he was acting in our best interests. Daryl was always available, and conducted a huge number of private inspections in addition to the usual scheduled visits. It was a pleasure dealing with Daryl and his team, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering selling property in the eastern suburbs.
