A trusted management agent is essential especially for remote assets

We came to Ray White Drouin following a management disaster with our previous management agent. From the onset, Chloe presented as a very knowledgeable and competent manager with a very solid "can do"attitude. There were a number of issues that needed to be addressed with the property and these were methodically worked through by Chloe right to the securing new tenants and completing the leasing agreement. Chloe became our person on site in Drouin, making it so much easier for us as we are nearly 2000 klm away. We are extremely thankful to have Chloe managing this asset for us. Her broad knowledge has meant that all expectations have been met within estimated time and cost and this has created a real sense of trust for our ongoing relationship. This is exactly what is needed when having someone manage a property which is so remote from the landlord.
