When we walked into the open house Olivia was professional, polite, had excellent knowledge of the home & couldn’t do enough to fulfil our every need(question). I found Olivia to be well presented & pleasure to talk with. After the open house we arranged another viewing with Olivia & showed all the same qualities as the first visit at a time that was convenient to us. Olivia then negotiated with the vendors on our behalf the get the sale through. In these proceedings I found Olivia persistent yet not over bearing in her approach.
