They are both extremely professional, very responsive, and totally on top of everything to assist with the management of my property. I worked with James shortly after purchasing an investment property in Randwick and he handled everything very well. He made a few recommendations to lease the unit, organised cleaners, managed minor renovations needed, and hosted multiple open house sessions to lease the unit as fast as possible.
