Ty always delivers on promises (unlike our current government)

Ty has an impeccable communication style and professionalism. With Ty I knew if he promised something, he will deliver, and if something is too uncertain and can't be promised, he will do everything in his power to convert those uncertainties into opportunities for his client. I was particularly impressed how he remembered small details from our conversations and applied that knowledge to provide me with both emotional and instrumental support during sales process. Ty and Gabriella assisted me greatly with preparation of unit for sale, and even after sale was completed, Ty provided me an immense support with search and negotiations for my new apartment. As always, Ty promised he will help me to find my next home, and he delivered.
