Transparent, positive and helpful

We are locals in the area and had been searching for a porperty to purchase for some time. As I'm sure has been the case with many people over the last 12-18 months, COVID disruptions has meant there hasn't been many properties coming on the market and when they do, they have been hotly contested. Tony was the agent on the property we eventually pruchased, and we found he was transparent, positive and so very helpful along the way. Not only does he know the market well, he was always willing to engage with us and he acted as a really positive conduit between us and the sellers (which is not always the case). In the end, we got the property for a price we were happy to pay, and which the vendors were happy to accept, and that was in no small part thanks to Tony. We are thrilled with our purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommeding Tony if you are thinking about buying or selling a property in the area.

Tony was very forthright, and we really warmed to him.

When my husband and I decided to sell our house we followed the local market and the agents from recent sales. To our surprise Elders Inner West Agent was up there with surprising results. Surprisingly it was the same agency we purchased the property over 10yrs ago. Elders Inner West are still up there and evidently have expanded their business to 4 main offices covering most if not all of the Inner West suburbs!Based on previous experiences in buying and selling we wanted an agent who really wanted to be on our side and that they would work hard for us in a soaring market. I know this sounds odd but we’ve had the experience of agents promising us the impossible before signing them the business but not afterwards. We also wanted an agent who would follow through all the way along the line – someone who would keep us updated, each step of the way. Tony was very forthright, and we really warmed to him. He got us the very last dollar that we were prepared to sell and our property deserved. Tony sold it hassle free, within five days on the market and prior to Auction! We couldn’t be happier!!
