Not your typical real estate agent

I was so pleased with previous dealings with Sammy in his core areas (inner west and Ryde) that I asked that he handle the sale of my parent's property in South Hurstville. After one week of in depth research, phone calls to local contacts and the like he had immersed himself in the local market and spoke with conviction on what he perceived would be the outcome. The sale was obviously fraught with emotion being a family home, but Sammy handled with the right balance of sensitivity and market expectation management that my parents wanted to have him over for dinner afterwards! He is my agent of choice. Hands down. He proved that with the right attitude and drive, a great agent can work anywhere.
