Great Experience - Professional, trustworthy with integrity, passion and drive

Edward was amazing, if you want to sell your property, he is up there with the best of the best. Amazing communication skills and has integrity. Next time I wouldn't even bother looking around and would just go back to Edward. Here is our story. We have been considering selling our investment property for 2 years. We had an appraisal from Edward and other agents 18 month ago but were not ready to sell. In March we reached out to several agents to get a new appraisal. A few valuations came in, some were similar. It was apparent how some agents have got lazy with a strong market; several didn't even bother to call - it was just sms/email with a value range. It wasn't just about price we needed an agent that was going to sell and make an effort. Edward was different from the get go. He called on a Sunday, had a long chat on the phone. His energy and passion was fabulous. His ability to build trust and rapport was amazing. His communication skills are very strong. He even managed to get our tenants to rearrange their furniture to help display our property better! Not just for photos but the home open too. We got top dollar, had several offers, he created urgency. Sold in 1 home open with several strong offers. He communicated, was always available even when overseas and has a strong team in the office that communicate.
