After living in Erskineville for 5 years and attending countless open homes, we got to know Moira and found her to have expert local knowledge, knew how to best present a property, and to be both honest and adept at getting a great result for vendors (a rare combo in real estate). When it came time for us to sell, there was only one option. We made the right choice. Moira and her team helped us present the property for best chance of success, chased potential buyers, and were always professional and prompt with communication and updates.
