Knowledgeable, organised, personable - would not use anyone else

This was our first time selling a property and Ercan made the whole process, that initially seemed so daunting, a breeze and achieved an excellent price for us. He was always exceptionally well prepared and his advice was spot on at every turn. He got our property looking fabulous and set up a great marketing campaign that attracted many potential buyers to the open houses throughout the whole campaign - the eventual buyers only viewed the property for the first time one week before the auction. He kept us updated about everything relating to the sale - open houses, private viewings, contracts sent out, buyer feedback etc. His communication skills, detailed knowledge of the market and the local area, and personable manner resulted in seven of nine registered bidders putting in bids at the auction with a great outcome for us. Ercan and his team were very responsive to our questions and we felt very well looked after. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and we will not hesitate to use Ercan again for our next sale!
