Great communication, always responsive, we LOVED working with Moira!

Moira sold two properties for us in 2020. One got away just before COVID-19 hit. She did a fantastic job advising us on what we should do to prepare the property for sale and she attended the property whenever required, to give the tradies access and inspect their work. The place looked incredible, the timing was perfect and we were thrilled with the price we got. Happy days! Then, just as we were launching our second property onto the market, COVID-19 hit. Suddenly open inspections were restricted and a property that we thought would go 'like hot cakes' just wasn't getting the traction we needed. Through all of this, Moira was fantastic. Most agents can sell a great property in a hot market but it takes real skill and experience to sell a property in a market that is heading south. Moira carefully advised us each step of the way. She never pushed us to take a deal but she stuck with us and when the property did finally sell the sale price exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Moira!
