Great impact - professional and effective

I've worked with Shaun twice now...he first sold me my apartment, then sold it on 4 years later. From my purchasing experience, I knew what a strong performer he is: he knows the inner west area so well, what people are looking for, and works hard to get the best outcome for his vendors. When I called upon his services to sell, he didn't disappoint. Even in a declining market, he was encouraging about our expectations (unlike some other real estate agents we spoke to). He also made the process super easy for us by getting in a posse of recommended contractors to get our place market-ready. He kept us updated throughout the campaign, and was bang on in his assessment of what to expect on auction day. We were able to get the results we hoped for, and it was in no small part to Shaun's willingness to shoot high with us from the get go. Seriously, Shaun's a hard act to beat in terms of local knowledge, market instinct, and determination to be the best at what he does.
