What's around 61 Mary Street

Architectural masterpiece in a lifestyle location

A sleek take on urban glamour, this new Torrens-title terrace takes its cues from the industrial past of St Peters with its artisan brickwork and statement interiors informing the home's distinctive design. A highly flexible layout is designed with contemporary living in mind with a choice of living areas and a seamless flow to a sunny landscaped backyard that's perfect for entertaining. Buyers beware

Ercan’s ethics are questionable and future buyers should be aware. Ercan sold us a brand new house riddled with issues and defects. Ercan assured us that the developer / builder was reputable and he had worked with them before. We were not told about material facts impacting the property which would have influenced our decision not to purchase had we been told. Buyers do your due diligence before purchasing through Ercan and Ray White.
