Great Result. Highly recommended.

What sealed the choice for us was Manu's obvious personal database of ready and qualified buyers. What he also showed was energy, dedication to ensuring the house was presented well on every inspection and insistence that he would take take responsibility for any buyer qualms or fears. It was mind blowingly impressive. Manu fulfilled the usual things you would hope for in a sales agent: professional, diligent, achieved a price above our expectations, as well as much more. He does have a bit of a hair trigger response on communication, I think because he is trying so hard. I would highly recommend him.
