Professional Service That Went Above & Beyond

Given that we were overseas when we wanted to prepare our property for market, Craig definitely went above and beyond in assisting us, particularly in view of an 8-hour time difference. He gave us advice on what needed to be done to show our property at its best and to attract potential buyers. Regular updates and photos were provided online to demonstrate his marketing strategy and we were particularly impressed with his suggestion of using digital imaging technology, which created the illusion of fully furnished rooms as well as the vacant reality. The result was that we were ready to go to market within days of arriving in Perth. Throughout the marketing campaign, Craig continued to keep us well informed and has been a pleasure to work with.
