Professionalism with care

It’s not only placing people into houses, it’s a real juggling act for real estate agents. To be able to get the job done successfully, creating harmonious interactions with both landlords/tenants, whilst demonstrating great knowledge , using empathy and compassion definitely is something Ellie is demonstrating so far. I also don’t expect her to know everything, and this is 💯 okay. It’s more about honesty, and her ability to communicate this with realistic ETA’s which makes her relatable and trustworthy.
