Dependable and efficient, highly recommend

I would like to leave a heartfelt review for the wonderful team at Ray White Property Management. A special thank you to the leasing consultant Charlotte — from signing the contract to launching the property, the whole process took only 3 days, which was a huge contrast to our previous agent who took 3 weeks and achieved nothing. We had three units to manage, and it wasn’t an easy task to organise open inspections and marketing, but Charlotte handled it with efficiency and care. I also want to thank my property manager Romy, who is always incredibly responsive and professional. From managing compliance checks to coordinating work orders, everything has been handled smoothly and promptly. Hayley, the Rental Agent Partner, has also been fantastic — professional, reliable, and always quick to respond. The only thing I regret is not engaging with Ray White Property Management earlier. Highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient property management service.

Overall Great Experience

Our rental agent, Charlotte made the whole process of inspecting and applying for the rent property a very good experience. She replied to queries quickly and it took less then a week from applying for the rental to receiving the decision.
