Good communication, but property too longer than expected to lease out

Overall happy with leasing through Ray White. The initial consultation, property inspection and leasing advice, especially from Hayley Weston, was excellent. Once the property management agreement was signed it was handed over to the leasing team. I dealt mainly with Eloise and Charlotte Vercoe. Charlotte was very organised with getting the property listed online, scheduling weekly inspections and summarising tenant applications, although I did have to follow up a few times to get an update after the weekend inspections were completed.
