What I really admired about Brooke's professionalism was how she also worked equally with the prospective buyers ensuring they were also treated with the same respect and professionalism going that extra mile to work with a buyer to ensure they were just as comfortable with the process as we were. What Brooke did was go way beyond our expectations. Whilst she was our selling agent and never lost sight of that, Brooke was also the advocate for the eventual buyer. Brooke was remarkable with her efforts in helping the buyer secure what they were looking achieve. This was truly a win / win for all parties.
