Communication was great up until signing the agreement. Everything has been smooth sailing but now that I have signed, everything has gone quiet. I've phoned and left a chat in the app, unfortunately it can take several days before hearing back and unfortunately in my case, being a new house, the stovetop was broken and someone forgot to organise a new one. I've had to ask three times for rent reduction for this duration before my request was acknowledged. The staff are friendly enough but they have avoided escalating my issues until I pressed them. Overall pretty disappointing. Communication needs to improve. I get told I would hear back by the end of the day, and I do but it's a text message at 6.00pm. Seems people want to avoid picking up the phone. I had to ask 4 times and wait almost a week to receive the rental inspection report.
