Nailed the pricing, did the job, and pushed it through

Matt valued the place, and there was an offer in the first week which was the same as the valuation amount. I thought this meant an eager market and the price could go higher. A few more weeks of inspections, with lower offers coming in, and then two more offers at the same price. Market was clearly as Matt had valued it as, so I accepted.
