•I had met Fraser at a few other open homes early on in my search, and I already thought of him as one of the most genuine and friendly agents I’d met. He bucked the trend of the “sleazy” real estate agent. He was very personable and honest and didn’t put on the hard sell. When I came across the place I ultimately bought, I was in a weird way relieved the agent was Fraser. We have all heard horror stories of unscrupulous agents using questionable tactics, but that’s just not Fraser. He and his team were very helpful throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond even providing support during the critical moments, after hours and even when in conflict with their personal obligations. Overall I was very happy with his approach and methods and way of handling the buying process. Highly recommended.
Our House had many features which offered benefits to prospective purchasers. Both Fraser Glen and his assistant Jorja Blanch both strove to acquire the best price possible achieving an average price for the area. Unfortunately due to the presence of large protected Turpentine trees nearly all visitors were reluctant to offer the price we expected and we had to lower our asking price . There was an offer made by a man who acted in a highly unethical manner however we thankfully were saved by the tenacity of both Fraser and Jorja who managed to find a genuine buyer who offered and settled for a fair price. We found both Fraser and Jorja to be friendly, honest capapable and professional and prepared to go out of their way to assist my wife and I to sell our family home where we had lived for 25 years
