Good to deal with, even from the other side

I was the buyer of a property Nathan was selling. I think he did a great job of keeping interested parties connected to the property and certainly bringing me in to get it closed. There were a few hiccups which could have had me pull away but I thought Nathan represented his vendors well in getting to a fair result.
