Couldn't recommend more!!

We looked at a couple of agents before going with Matt. We found Matt to be the most genuine real estate agent. He had great knowledge of the area and the market in general. We had a tenant in our property at the time and he was able to get her to be a part of the whole process which helped the sale a lot. Matt was also able to get for us more then other agents were going to put it on the market for. Couldn't recommend Matt Dickinson enough. Very easy to get along with, keeps you apart of the process and a great real estate agent.
