Chris was outstanding and worked really hard to sell my father's property

When my brother and I were in the unfortunate position of having to sell the family home after my father passed away, we were recommended by a friend to to give Chris a call. Chris arranged to meet with us almost immediately and we were impressed by his local knowledge and professional, yet compassionate, approach. The sale of the property was made much harder by the start of the COVID-19 pandemic which meant that open inspections were no longer allowed and the auction took place on-line. Chris was honest and up front with us every step of the way. He touched base every couple of days and was very responsive when we called. What was a very stressful situation for all of us, ended up being one where we were able to put our trust in Chris and were able to sell the house via the on-line auction.
