Open, honest and completely reliable. Valuation of our property was realistic and achieved.

We invited Tania to meet with us to provide a valuation of our home as we were looking to sell. After viewing the property, she then spent time with us to gain insight into what we felt our property had to offer potential buyers from a structural environmental and personal perspective. The second meeting was to go through her assessment and share other comparable sales within the local and surrounding areas. Based on the fact there was no ‘high pressure’ tactics for us to engage her we felt she was the right person to sell our home. We felt confident that, based on the information she provided, the valuation was achievable. As we were selling due to health issues, Tania recommended inspections by appointment. This would allow her to qualify prospective buyers thus reducing the stress of selling for us. Prior to each viewing Tania gave us insights into who she was bringing through. Following each viewing Tania gave us feedback on each potential buyers comments and for us to answer any questions they may have arisen. Tania never rushed these debriefs. Our home sold right in the middle of the range that we were given. Following the sale Tania assisted us with finding our new home. This not only included houses that were listed with her. She was always available to discuss any properties that we were considering.
