Found that we got responses to any question quickly, Sarah was quite helpful throughout the process. I found the rent process extremely long and more difficult than it should be. I had to fill out more than twice the amount of forms and provide more identification than I had to purchase my last house and more than that required for the house I am currently selling. I found many of the requirement excessively more complex than it should be. (no fault of century21)
