Great Old Fashioned Service

It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Michelle. I was looking for my first investment property (for my daughter and Grandson to move into) and thankfully ‘found’ Michelle. Michelle returned all phone calls promptly, always the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant as I had found with another agent. Our transaction went very smoothly and closed on time. We did have a little hiccup at the final inspection where we found there was no water and couldn’t figure out why. It turned out we were not turning the outside water cut off handle all the way and had a good laugh at ourselves. Michelle was very easy to talk to and no question was a problem to her. I would certainly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and when it comes time to sell our property Michelle will certainly be our choice.
