Interstate property purchase

Kent helped us to find a great investment property, He went out of his way to arrange inspections for us on a Sunday as we are from interstate and this was the only time in our schedule. Kent answered all our questions about the properties we visited as well as providing useful local knowledge of a city we are unfamiliar with.
