Amazing service and great outcome

My sister had Bridget sell her property not long before I needed to sell mine and she only had positive things to say about Bridget and the selling experience. I did still have other agents through my property before choosing Bridget, mainly as I felt the others were either over or under-valuing the property and didn't have a great idea of the market for my type of property. Bridget on the other hand had done a good amount of research and had great knowledge on properties in the area, recent sales and what potential buyers would want to see in a property like mine. Bridget was so enthusiastic, helpful and communicative that I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone I know, and would happily sell with her again. Not only did she keep me informed at every step, she managed to sell my property within a week, and negotiated a higher price than I could have expected. I'm so happy I chose Bridget, I didn't think selling a property could be so easy!!
