Sales of our Belmont House

Adam conducted the auction for our house in Belmont, Geelong and was a brilliant auctioneer. He was able to get us a sale on the day at a price that was very accurate for our property. Our house needed some work but even so a price was settled and we are very happy to have that sale. Ray White is a fantastic realestate company to work with, communication being their focal point. As we were overseas at the time of the open houses, they kept us up to date through emails and phone calls. They didn't use any spin to falsely build our hopes up for a big sale but kept our feet firmly planted on the ground in relation to what we would expect from the auction. We wouldn't have any doubts about recommending Adam and his team to prospective buyers, sellers and property investors.
