Whilst my property took longer than expected to be leased, Bec worked hard to ensure the tenants moving in were a perfect fit, with adequate income and exemplary referees to substantiate the rental return that I desired. The open homes, management of the contract, condition report and moving-in processes were dealt with so that I didn't have to worry about a thing.
