An agent who really worked for me!!

I am delighted to recommend Marie. After a fairly unhappy association with a different agency, to be honest, I was rather sceptical about Marie's pitch. So its with great pleasure that I can say she lived up to her promises and then some! She gave practical and sensible suggestions to improve the marketability of the house, and worked with me over budget issues in getting it ready for sale. Before every Open House she was there at least half an hour or more beforehand to open up, make sure everything was just right, turn on air cons etc and even to the little touches like having chilled water for potential buyers. Marie is straightforward to work with. I appreciated her honesty and her hard working approach. She kept me in the loop and more importantly than anything, was ENTHUSIASTIC about the house itself - which really came across to potential buyers. I couldn't have had anyone better working on my behalf! She sold the house in under a month! Very happy to lend my name to a top review for an agent who really went out and worked for me!
