Proactive & excellent level of service
Damian provided open and honest communication throughout the whole buying process. He was also proactive in his approach and met in a timely fashion any requests that we had a long the way. This I'm sure helped us secure our dream property. Until I met Damian I had been disappointed at the level of service that other agents had provided us as potential buyers. I regularly kept in touch with a number of local agents for many months, and each phone call had to reintroduce myself and our requirements. Sim was a cut above the rest
