Sim guided and encouraged my son Stuart and I into and through the purchase of 64 Crestwood Place.

Our needs were a little different from what could be regarded as a conventional purchase. However, Sim was quick to recognise the needs and to accommodate them. Sim was always professional, but he also exhibited an empathy for what Stuart was trying to achieve and he was quick to respond to phone calls and emails.
