No sooner had we listed our property than Kevyn had found a very keen purchaser. Price negotiations went smoothly and the settlement date was set. However unforeseen circumstances arose and the settlement date was postponed. We left for long planned holiday and what had begun as a simple sale compounded and Kevyn was left to work through a number of issues in our absence. However Kevyn communicated with us at all times. His negotiation, patience and communication skills were outstanding throughout what became an extended settlement.
