Transparent and Hard Working Agent

From the first meeting Allen explained what the process of selling our house would involve including costs, timelines and expectations. Regular updates were provided after each open house, including detailed meetings to get an understanding of the potential buyers looking to purchase our house. Even though we weren't able to sell on auction day, within a week we had a new buyer with a reasonable offer taking into consideration of the current market conditions and world economic outlook.
